Interaction with other agencies via client & Architect for finalization of the most optimum design & scheme

Calculation of daily water requirement of the Premises (Domestic, flushing, mineral water, Hot water etc)
Preparations of preliminary design report based on the requirements & submit water supply diagrams
Design & layout of cold/hot/treated water piping, external internal waste & sewage piping, internal piping for services
Design & layout of localized external Sewage system with STP or sewage tank if planned for.
Fire fighting system as per national standards
Assisting client in identifying fixtures with optimum flows ( low flow fixtures)
Designing of localized rainwater harvesting system if planned for

Help Architect to plan the Air-conditioning requirements of Residential areas. (Planning includes type of system / options etc.) Creation of proposed AC layouts with locations of sleeves and both indoor and outdoor units with correct sizes and routing
Preparation of Preliminary Design with Basis of Design for Standalone AC Buildings (club House).
Preparation of heat load calculations based on the Basis of Design
Interaction with other agencies via client & Architect for finalization of the most optimum design & scheme
HVAC drawings, selection of equipments & BOQ

The security system for the individual units and the overall complex andtheir integration.
